To set up electric, water, and trash services, please contact Wakulla County Utilities directly. Utility payments are not included in HOA assessments.
Trash collection in Tarpine is on Sunday mornings. Please place trash bins out no earlier than 6 PM Saturday and remove them promptly after collection.
The HOA manages gate access to ensure security and convenience for all Tarpine residents. If you are a new homeowner, gate remotes may be provided at closing by the previous owner. For renters, please contact your landlord for access arrangements.
If you need additional remotes or a replacement for a lost or damaged remote, they can be purchased from the HOA office for a nominal fee. Please bring proof of residency or ownership when requesting a remote.
The gate access system is maintained to ensure smooth operation, and any issues should be promptly reported to the HOA office for resolution.
The HOA does not manage mailboxes. For new construction homes, contact your builder or developer for mailbox keys. If you are not the first owner, the previous homeowner should provide the key at closing. Lost or damaged keys can be replaced by contacting a locksmith.
At closing, your HOA assessments were collected for the current and upcoming quarter. To check your account balance, please visit the Account Information page or contact the HOA office.
Any exterior modifications to your home or property (e.g., tree removal, landscaping, painting, etc.) must be approved by the Architectural Review Committee (ARC). Guidelines and approved color palettes are available on the ARC page.
To receive your access cards for Tarpine’s runway and amenities, please visit the HOA office with a copy of your Warranty Deed and photos of all occupants. Renters must provide a lease agreement with a minimum term of 7 months and pay a $10 card fee per tenant.
